Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the garlic, salt, and black pepper over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
